When Should I Report An Injury At Work?

It seems many people don't understand the obligation to report a work injury.  Too many of those "I didn't think I was really hurt" or " I thought it would get better"  come through our door every week.

The best answer is to Report Your Injury Right Away!  Just as soon as something happens.  Don't delay even if you think you will just get better in a few days.  Many claims are denied because the injured person did not report the injury in time.  The law says you must report within 45 days of the date you know you were hurt at work.  It is very hard to avoid the time requirement so do yourself a favor and report right away!
